The rear camera has a lot of glare. Please see attached photo. When I ask your staff to correct it, they simply said camera is working fine, i.e. it’s my problem. No assistance was offered. The glare is very disturbing and will distract me during driving, and if I get into an accident due to the glare, how? You guys are authorized installers right? You need to ensure your product is installed correctly and working fine. Even if cannot help with the glare problem, you should advise me what to do at that time. If I knew the installation is going to be like this, I would have installed the camera at accessory shop closer to my house, instead of making appointment, wait 2 weeks, drive 22km (I stay in Sri Damansara), only to be met with this unprofessional service, it’s not worth it.
Also, i left a negative review in Google, but i see you guys deleted it. Don't ask for review if your not serious about accepting all reviews , including bad, and making improvements.
Everything is ok. Just the camera not alligned.
